Terms of Use

These terms apply to the BicepsMaxx apps, the web app and this website (the "Service"), operated by Altuzar. By using the Service you agree to them. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.

Not medical advice

BicepsMaxx provides general fitness and nutrition information. Arm scores, body fat estimates, calorie estimates and coach replies are generated by software and may be inaccurate. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program, stop if you feel pain, and use proper form and safe loads. You train at your own risk.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Subscriptions and billing

• BicepsMaxx Pro is a paid, auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly. Prices are shown before you buy and may vary by country.
• If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, your subscription renews at the then-current price and you're charged for the next period.
• App Store purchases are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings. Google Play purchases are billed by Google and managed in Google Play. Web purchases are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat and managed from the link in your receipt email.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. For web purchases, contact us within 14 days of a charge.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store where you bought it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, measurements and messages you submit. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Only submit photos of yourself, and don't submit content that is illegal or sexual.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, attempts to bypass limits or payments, or use that harms others or our systems.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
