Flex for one photo. Get an arm score, six zone scores and a body fat estimate in about ten seconds.
Each session opens with two movements for your weakest zone, then a heavy builder and a triceps finisher, sized to your gym or your living room.
Same pose, same light, seven days later. Your score, each zone and your tape measurement, side by side.
Most people curl harder and hope. A tall peak with a weak brachialis still looks flat from the side. The scan tells you which one to fix first.

Wrist curls, carries, dead hangs
Left versus right, in size and shape.
Single-arm work, weak side first
Separation and detail. Mostly body fat.
Calories on target, protein high

Turn on the tempo coach and your phone taps your wrist through every curl, pause and lower, so you can stay in the set instead of counting. Rest timers, weight memory and personal bests are built in.
Snap your plate. The AI estimates calories and macros and rates the meal for arm growth. Your daily protein target comes from your bodyweight and goal.
An AI coach that knows your scan, your plan and what you ate today. Ask why your peak is lagging; get sets and reps back.
Log your flexed arm each week. Centimeters on a chart are the most honest progress check there is.
Signed in once? Train and log for 30 days without signal. Everything syncs when you're back.
